Sundays just carry some kind of special energy with them 😌 They serve as the intersection of the weekend and a new week ahead, and are often dedicated to rest, self-care and rejuvenation....SO that is exactly what this class serves to do!

Sacred Sunday Yoga is a one hour yoga class dedicated to all things body, mind, and soul. You can expect to find a variety of different yoga styles, powerful breathing techniques, medication and inward focus, as well as guidance in utilizing essential oils both on and off the mat.

No essential oils are required for this class, however, they will be an integral part of our practice! Each week new oils will be utilized and you will find the necessary oils to bring with you to class updated weekly within the confirmation email.
